SNHUGG Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SNHUGG. If you wish to return an item, please ensure the following conditions are met:

1. Return Timeframe

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

2. Condition of the Item

The item must be in the same condition as it was received, unused and undamaged. All original tags must be intact and attached to the item.

3. Return Process

To process a return, you must send the item back to us with tracking information. Refunds will not be issued until the item is received or tracking confirms its return to us.

4. Refund Eligibility

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets all of the above criteria, we will process your refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
